Founder and Licensed Psychologist
Julie has over 35 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Julie is passionate about supporting clients through trauma, parenting challenges, and family dynamics. She also consults with schools and facilitates group therapy.

Kayla uses a family systems approach and integrates other methods based on client needs. She values the role of spiritual and cultural identity in healing and creates a supportive space for growth. Her specialties include family conflict, life transitions, chronic illness, anxiety, and depression.

Keli works with adults and couples, focusing on practical tools for everyday challenges. She has experience addressing addiction, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and justice system involvement. Her priority is creating a non-judgmental, supportive environment.

Brent currently serves as a high school counselor and brings that experience into his work at Families First Counseling. He supports adolescents, young adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. His school-based background allows him to offer a unique perspective on academic stress, social pressures, and emotional development. Brent creates a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

Grace began her journey with Families First Counseling Services as a counseling intern, where she quickly became a valued member of our team through her compassion, professionalism, and dedication to providing exceptional client care. Following the successful completion of her internship, we were thrilled that Grace chose to continue serving with our practice.
Today, Grace remains committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families throughout our communities by providing high-quality, client-centered mental health care. Her passion for helping others, combined with her thoughtful and collaborative approach, makes her an integral part of the Families First Counseling Services team.
